Visit Kenya on a 5-Day Safari that covers Aberdare National Park, Lake Nakuru and Maasai Mara. Lake Nakuru is known for its thousands, sometimes millions of flamingos and wildlife species such as Rothschild giraffes, black rhinos, among others. Aberdare National Park is best known as the site where in 1952, Princess Elizabeth became Queen after the death of her father King George VI, while staying at the Treetops Hotel.

ITINERARY
Day 1: Nairobi – Aberdare
We will pick you up at your hotel in Nairobi in the morning and drive you to the 160 kilo-metres distant Aberdare National Park, passing through Kenyan central highlands, greening from lush tea and coffee plantations. Upon entering the park’s gates, your game drive starts. You’ll explore the lower forests, home to elephants, buffaloes, jackals, East African wild dogs and many more. After attending to your hunger over a hefty lunch, you’ll go on with the game drive – look up to see the magnificent birdlife in the park, olive baboons, black and white colobus monkeys, and Skye’s monkeys. In the late afternoon, we’ll bring you to the lodge for dinner, accompanied by fantastic views of all the thirsty animals gathering around the waterhole just in front of you and a coulisse of the Aberdares behind.
Day 2: Aberdare – Lake Nakuru
After breakfast at the lodge, we’ll set out early for the scenic drive to Lake Nakuru Park, while viewing farm country and driving through the dramatic landscape of the Great Rift Valley. After a four-hour drive, we will arrive at the lodge for check in, lunch and relaxation. Later in the afternoon, head out for afternoon game drive in the park perfect for wildlife viewing and bird watching especially flamingos and pelicans whose habitat is the Lake itself. It is also one of the places in Kenya, where it`s common white and black rhinos. Carry your camera to take pictures of these and many animals. At Sundown, drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Lake Nakuru – Maasai Mara
Have an early breakfast and drive to the Maasai Mara Game Reserve. Arrive at the lodge in time for lunch and check-in. Set out for an afternoon game drive in this famous reserve. Dinner and overnight at the camp.
Day 4: Maasai Mara
This day will be spent at this famous reserve searching for the Big Five, giraffes, cheetahs, leopards and zebras with an option to enjoy a hot air balloon safari. Enjoy an early morning game drive before breakfast. Head back to the camp for breakfast. Spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing and enjoying the lodge facilities A Visit to a Maasai village is also an option. Later, embark on an evening game drive. Head back to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 5: Maasai Mara – Nairobi
Enjoy an early morning breakfast and check out of the camp. Depart for Nairobi and depending on time, have a game drive en-route. Stop-over at the Maasai city where you can buy handicrafts and souvenirs. Have lunch en-route (own account). On arrival, drop-off at your city hotel or airport for your flight back home.
