How far in advance should I book? We recommend booking 3–6 months ahead for optimal availability, especially during peak seasons (June–October, December). Photographic and specialist safaris may require longer lead times.

Can I customize my itinerary? Absolutely. Every trip starts with conversation—your interests, pace, and wish-list sightings. We then co-create a journey that feels truly yours.

Is Wi-Fi available during the safari? Yes, in most accommodations—though some remote locations may have limited or no connectivity. We recommend unplugging to fully soak in the wild.

How safe is a safari in East Africa? Safety is our priority. We work only with vetted guides, experienced drivers, and secure partners. You’ll be briefed on everything from wildlife etiquette to local customs.

Booking & Payment

How do I reserve a safari? Once we finalize your itinerary, you’ll receive a booking link with secure payment options. We support Flutterwave, DPO, and international cards.

What is your cancellation policy? Flexible terms apply, depending on partner policies and timing. We’ll share details during booking—and always work to accommodate changes where possible.

Do you offer payment plans? Yes. We can split payments into two or more stages, depending on timeline and total trip cost.
