A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due 45 days before departure.
Payment is accepted via secure online gateways (Flutterwave, DPO, international cards).
Late payments may result in cancellation without refund unless otherwise agreed.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 60+ days before travel: 80% refund
Cancellations made 30–59 days: 50% refund
Less than 30 days: No refund, though credits or rescheduling may be considered case-by-case
Partner cancellation policies may apply to accommodations or flights. These will be shared during booking.
3. Travel Documents & Health
Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, and necessary vaccinations.
Health and travel insurance are strongly recommended and may be required for certain itineraries.
4. Safari Conditions & Changes
Lion Spotter Safaris reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, wildlife movement, or partner availability.
Substitutions will be of equal or higher quality, and guests will be informed promptly.
Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed, though we do our utmost to maximize opportunities.
5. Liability
Lion Spotter Safaris operates with vetted guides, vehicles, and partners but cannot be held liable for unforeseen incidents, delays, or loss of property.
Guests must follow safety instructions during all activities.
6. Use of Media
Photos or videos taken by guides or staff may be used for promotional purposes. If you prefer to opt out, please inform us before your safari begins.
