Terms & Conditions – Lion Spotter Safaris
1. Booking & Payment
- A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due 45 days before departure.
- Payment is accepted via secure online gateways (Flutterwave, DPO, international cards).
- Late payments may result in cancellation without refund unless otherwise agreed.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 60+ days before travel: 80% refund
- Cancellations made 30–59 days: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days: No refund, though credits or rescheduling may be considered case-by-case
- Partner cancellation policies may apply to accommodations or flights. These will be shared during booking.
3. Travel Documents & Health
- Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, and necessary vaccinations.
- Health and travel insurance are strongly recommended and may be required for certain itineraries.
4. Safari Conditions & Changes
- Lion Spotter Safaris reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, wildlife movement, or partner availability.
- Substitutions will be of equal or higher quality, and guests will be informed promptly.
- Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed, though we do our utmost to maximize opportunities.
5. Liability
- Lion Spotter Safaris operates with vetted guides, vehicles, and partners but cannot be held liable for unforeseen incidents, delays, or loss of property.
- Guests must follow safety instructions during all activities.
6. Use of Media
- Photos or videos taken by guides or staff may be used for promotional purposes. If you prefer to opt out, please inform us before your safari begins.
